OBA Member, WNC Outdoor Collective is thrilled to host Chef Corso, founder and head Chef of Outdoor Eats, a culinary resource for outdoor adventurers. On September 27th, 7pm-8:30pm Chef Corso will demo one of his new trail-tested recipes (yes, there will be snacks), share expert outdoor cooking tips, and premiere the first episode of Outdoor Eats TV—a first of its kind outdoor culinary TV show. Trail Meals cookbooks will also be available for sale or bring your copy and get it signed!
