Join us for a day of trail work on the Appalachian Trail near Hot Springs.

This day is designed for individuals who may be new to trail work and/or work or go to school during the week.
You will learn alongside experienced maintainers. All are welcome and no experience is necessary. You do not need to be a CMC member to join us on work days. Families and youth are welcome. All youth under the age of 18 must be accomplished by a parent, guardian, or youth organization.
All necessary tools are provided. Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. Bring lunch, snacks, and water.
We will have two meeting locations:
8:00 AM: US Forest Service parking lot, 160 Zillcoa St., Asheville 28801.
Volunteers meeting here will sign-in and carpool to Hot Springs.
9:00 AM: Hot Springs, Public Parking lot behind Big Pillow Brewing.
Volunteers will meet here to divide into work teams and carpool to work sites.
