ENO's Silver Jubilee at Fonta Flora Brewery - Whippoorwill Farm

Celebrate ENO's 25th anniversary on Saturday, September 28th from 2-5pm at Fonta Flora Brewery at Whippoorwill Farm:

Limited-edition Fonta Flora x ENO beer collab - Silver Jubilee.

A 7% west coast-style india pale ale brewed with locally foraged chanterelle mushrooms and dry-hopped with superdelic, sitiva and el dorado.

Created in collaboration with our friends at ENO (Eagles Nest Outfitters) of Asheville, North Carolina to help celebrate their 25th anniversary. Mashed with local two row barley malt along with a dash of flaked oats and dextrin malt for a boosted bod. Steeped on heaps of chanterelle mushrooms, foraged locally by our very own chef and mushroom master, Joey Morey. Fermented with our preferred house ale yeast for a decidedly dry and incredibly quenchable finish. Hopped intensely in the whirlpool and the fermenter with a chanterelle mushroom aroma-favoring combination of superdelic, sitiva and el dorado.

Used in a number of different beers over the years, this is the first time we’ve used the chanterelle mushroom in an IPA. Boasting huge notes of stone fruit, the apricot aromatics in particular make this fungi the perfect addition for hanging out alongside hops in this celebratory westy crusher. Cans available at all 3 Fonta Flora locations starting Tuesday, September 17th.
