The Bear Country 5k & 10k are on beautiful, family friendly courses in the beautiful mountain town of Brevard, NC. Both races start and finish at Oskar Blues Brewery. The courses take runners on the Brevard greenway, where they’ll be surrounded by mountain views.
The 10k starts at 10:00am and the 5k starts at 10:15am. Bring your kiddo along for the 1k Kids Cub Crawl (12 & under) that starts at 9:40am! Cub Crawlers will receive a bib and race ribbon.
A Finisher Medal, Race Shirt, Chip Timing, donation to Mountain Roots & an Oskar Blues Beer (21+) are included in race registration for the 10k & 5k! Oskar Blues also has non alcoholic beverages available.
