EVENT DETAILS HERE!
25 years ago, the Forest Service held more than 600 public meetings to create the Roadless Rule, one of the most important conservation issues in history.
We could soon witness it REPEALED!
The Forest Service's process to repeal may not include a single public meeting, SILENCING CITIZEN VOICES. So we're hosting our own!
Join us. Speak up for our national forests! Make sure your voice is heard!
In collaboration with many partners, we will be hosting a Community Roundtable at the Mule in Asheville, 6-8PM on April 15! All participants are welcome! Members of the public are encouraged to provide comments, written, verbal, and digital! Come help us preserve the Pisgah and Nantahala national forests!
We are joined by partner organizations including MountainTrue, SORBA, The Wilderness Society, Environment America, Roadless.org, and others!
