Hello OBA Members,

Please register for an OBA Social Media Roundtable!

Wednesday, September 9
5:30-7pm
The Mule at Devil's Foot

Topic: Social Media: What’s Working, What’s Changing & What Do We Need?

Social media is an ever-moving target. New features appear, algorithms change, platforms roll out bugs, and somehow we’re all expected to keep creating great content through it all.

For our first session in this Social Media Roundtable Series, we’re keeping it casual, conversational, and collaborative.

Most importantly, we want to hear from you. This first gathering will help us understand where OBA members are with social media and what would be most valuable in future roundtables—whether that’s hands-on workshops, platform-specific conversations, content collaboration, or simply more opportunities to swap ideas.

We’ll touch on a few high-level topics, including:

  • Storytelling — What stories are connecting with your audience?
  • Scheduling — What tools and strategies are actually making life easier?
  • New features + bugs — What’s changing, and what are you figuring out?
  • Partnering on content — How can OBA businesses collaborate and amplify each other?
  • Paid ads — Are they worth the investment?
  • Reels — How are you making them, and which editing platforms are you using?

Come with questions, frustrations, successes, or just curiosity. No social media expertise required!

We look forward to seeing you on September 9. Please RSVP so we can save a seat!
