Join us Friday evening at Copper Ridge, phase one of Grier Village, for good food, drinks, campfire hangs, and a chance to connect with fellow OBA members. We’ll spend most of the evening enjoying the new outdoor pavilion space at Grier Village, then head out for the night — either to one of the new five bedroom, 4.5-bath cabins, or to a campsite at Camp Grier. Each cabin comfortably sleeps 12 and includes a private hot tub, fire pit, and grill, plus two bonus day beds if you need a little extra sleeping space. As an OBA member, you’ll receive 20% off Copper Ridge’s cabins. It’s the perfect excuse to bunk up with fellow friends, bring your family, or make a night of it with your work crew.
On Saturday, hit the trails, creeks, or visit Camp Grier for ziplining, climbing wall, and equestrian trail ride adventures. You can also always relax at the lake, or play some pickleball.

Where You'll Sleep
You have two options for Friday night:

Saturday: Adventure in McDowell County
Don’t rush home! We’ll kick off Saturday morning with a bagel + yogurt bar and coffee provided by Destination McDowell and the OBA, then head out for a day of exploring.
Choose your own adventure with local McDowell County activities with Destination McDowell or stay around and explore the amenities at Camp Grier, where a provided boat means exploring the lake, or just head out to hike the trails! We’ll have several options to choose from, whether you’re looking to get outside for a few hours or simply enjoy a slower morning before heading home.
